Double-Skin Wall Panels

Mettalon provides a range of Double Skin panel systems. Moisture and high temperature are arguably the most aggressive of environmental conditions. The double skin feature will give the products a longer lifeline and endurance against these conditions. Double skin sandwich wall panels are made from pre-painted galvanized sheets and insulated with polyurethane foam. Polyurethane sandwich panels, single and double skin sheets and trims offers complete solutions for all cladding needs. With thickness’s ranging from 35 mm to 100 mm these décor wall panel are suitable for portal cabins, steel buildings, room partitioning. These are available in 4 PU thicknesses 20, 35, 50, 75 and 100mm.

Uses: These sheets can be successfully applied to cold storage, warehouses, residential villas, houses, covered pools and sports complexes.

Rockwool Panels

The top and bottom of Rockwool sandwich panel is galvanized pre-painted steel. Core material is rock wool with density at 100kg/m3, the rockwool Panel is upright against the surfaces. There are high strength vesicant between rock wools and surfaces. This product is featured with full anti-firing, more heating and sound insulation. It is widely used as the wall or roof for cold storage, industrial workshop, public building etc.

Puf Panels

The raw material used for manufacturing PUF panel is CFC free and fire retarded grade. Panels are provided with Tongue & Grove joints and specially designed Cam locks to enhance airtight assembly. PUF Sandwich panels are available with pre coated GI sheets, SS sheets or as directed.

PIR Panels

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation products are highly effective, lightweight, and many can bond to most materials. They have extremely low thermal conductivity and high strength to weight ratio. In combination with excellent manufacturing versatility, it provides a wide range of products. As a result, PIR/PUR insulation products are the natural choice for most construction insulation applications.
