Single-Skin Roof Panels

Single skin metal roof uses only 1 metal deck sheet and is designed to provide an economical solution, normally used in applications where performance demands are moderate. Insulation for single skin metal roof is installed below the metal cladding sheet held by aluminum foil and steel wire mesh rolled over purlins.

Double-Skin Roof Panels

Double skin metal roof is a high-performance roofing system comprising of 2 metal roof sheets aligning parallel, One on top and the other at the bottom. The metal can be Steel, Aluminum, Colour Coated Galvnise, Galvalume, Colour Coated Galvalume.
The two metal sheets are fixed together with a Z Spacers creating a gap in the roof space for installation of insulation and barrier material.
Double skin insulation is ideal solution to improve the indoor temperature,reducing exterior noise and fire protection of the entire system.

Double-Skin PIR Roof Panels

The polyurethane /polyisocyanurate insulated sandwich panels which are used to form the walls and ceiling ensure a high degree of structural stability. Each panel is formed with an integral tongue and groove having metallic allen key operated cam locking arrangement to have secured and leak proof joints. The Panel can be provided with suitable inserts as required. The facing skin options are Stainless steel, Coated Steel, FRP, Aluminium, Plywoods, Flexible board etc.
